About the Role

A One General Trading is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across social media and online channels. The ideal candidate will be comfortable creating content, managing social media campaigns, understanding e-commerce marketing and turning ideas into engaging content that generates awareness, enquiries and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for A One General Trading and its product categories.
• Manage daily content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos and promotional content.
• Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Coordinate product photography, video shoots and creative requirements.
• Write captions, promotional copy and campaign content.
• Manage paid social media campaigns and monitor campaign performance.
• Track engagement, reach, leads, website traffic and conversions.
• Support e-commerce promotions, seasonal campaigns and product launches.
• Research market trends, competitors and relevant social media trends.
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to promote products and offers.
• Respond to social media enquiries and coordinate with the relevant team for follow-up.
• Analyse performance and continuously improve content and campaigns.
• Assist with website and e-commerce content when required.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Experience with Canva or similar creative tools.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and digital advertising.
• Good copywriting and communication skills.
• Understanding of e-commerce and lead generation is an advantage.
• Creative mindset with the ability to identify content opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• UAE experience is preferred.
